Cement Mortar Filling has few disadvantages:

Mixing:
The resin, curing agent and filler components are weighed perfectly in the correct ratio. Then mix it manually or by mechanical mixer to obtain a uniform color mix of all the above components. It is recommended to let the mixed material stand free for few minutes to release entrapped air.
Application:
To get highest bond strength, apply one primer coat of unfilled resin & curing agent in
recommended mix ratio is to be applied on both concrete & steel surface. Allow it to touch dry
stage. Then grouting the mix care should be taken to avoid any air pockets. Tamping with rods or vibrator is recommended, as a suitable measure.
Surface Preparation:
To get good result, it is necessary that both the concrete & steel surface should be clean and free from any oil, grease. The foundation bolt/base plate should be prepared thoroughly wire-brushing or roughening with emery paper. Degreasing with a solvent like acetone, benzene or toluene is then recommended. more information.

Application:
After proper mixing, mortar should be buttered on back and sides of bricks/tiles to be laid. Apply little
more mortar and after lying squeeze the excess mortar. If only joints filling are done, be sure that full depth of joints is filled with mortar. There should not any air pocket in the joints. During & after completion of the installation, area must be kept dry and free from any other materials.
Chemical Resistance:
Epoxy Mortar is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, solvents, greases, detergents etc. However it is not
recommended against strong mineral and oxidizing acids.
Storage & Shelf Life:
Always keep resin, hardener and powder in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. If stored in sealed containers and bag shelf life of Resin, Harder & Powder will be one year.

As required by customer.

| Cure Times | Cure times will vary with ambient temperatures and quantity of catalyst used. Typically they can be over coated within 2-3 hours and are hard in 4-8 hours. The coating will not be fully cured until about 72 hours after application but can go into light duty service after 24 hours. |
| Description | A series of medium duty polyester, vinyl ester, Epoxy resin base coating designed to protect steel and concrete work against atmospheric corrosion and the exterior surfaces of tanks and process plant against the splashing and spillage of chemicals. Each of the MIPROGLASS 101 coatings is reinforced with properly graded glass flakes, which lie parallel to the substrate thereby offering excellent resistance to permeation, corrosion, abrasion, physical abuse and thermal shock. MIPROGLASS 101 (I, B, V series coatings will withstand gas temperatures up to 120 C, and can be used in immersion service at ambient temperatures. All the MIPROGLASS 101 series coatings can be applied by brush or by spray, they are approx. 90-100% solids, and cure at ambient temperature. Solvent free Epoxy Primer is a durable solvent free and easy apply epoxy resin coating. When cured, it forms a gloss, seamless and impervious finish which is easily cleaned. Available in a wide range of colors and in clear. Epoxy is a term used to denote both the basic components and the cured end products of epoxy resins, as well as a colloquial name for the functional group. Epoxy resins may be reacted either with themselves through catalytic homopolymerisation, or with a wide range of co-reactants including polyfunctional amines, acids (and acid anhydrides), phenols, alcohols and thiols. These co-reactants are often referred to as hardeners or curatives, and the cross-linking reaction is commonly referred to as curing.
